1.1 All offers, orders, purchases and/or sales of products and services of the CJ Fallon (hereafter “CJF”) and (other) agreements between CJF and its client(s) (hereafter “Client(s)”) are governed by these terms and conditions (hereafter “Terms and Conditions”).

1.2 CJF reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The use of this website and the use of our products and services following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. 1.3 CJF shall not accept provisions in derogation of these Terms and Conditions unless CJF has confirmed them in writing.

2. Offers and agreements

2.1 All prices for products and services of CJF are offered without engagement and are valid for the period of time as indicated by CJF.

2.2 CJF reserves the right to change prices.

2.3 CJF reserves the right to refuse an order for no reason/without cause. CJF will inform the Client within a reasonable period of time if an order is not accepted by CJF.

3. CJF eBooks

3.1 Clients purchasing a CJF eBook are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use the CJF eBook for his/her personal reference and informational purposes subject to the following:

• The Client shall not make alterations to, or modifications of, the whole or any part of the eBook nor permit the eBook or any part of it to be combined with, or become incorporated in, any other document;
• The Client shall not move, copy, reproduce, network or otherwise transfer any eBook file to any computer or other device of any other person;
•  The Client shall not share, lease, loan, rent, sell, license, sublicense, transfer, network, reproduce, display, distribute, translate or otherwise make any of the eBook available to any other person. Schools, libraries or other similar organisations buying CJF eBooks shall not be allowed to make such content available to any third party, including their faculty, students, patrons, members or any other person.

3.2 Access to CJF’s eBooks is licensed on an individual user basis. CJF’s eBooks are monitored and if any misuse is suspected, the Client’s right to use the eBook will be terminated immediately.

4. Consent

4.1 By visiting our website and/or using our digital offerings, you consent to the use of your information as set out in this online privacy policy <http://www.cjfallon.ie/online-privacy-policy/>. We may change our online privacy policy at any time. If we change our online privacy policy we will post the changes on this website, so that you may be aware of the information we collect and how we use it at all times. We will also contact you should we make any changes so that you may have the opportunity to object to the changes so far as they relate to your data and information.
